Was planning on doing day 3 of week 1 today. Got to oval. Warmed up and started but REALLY struggled. Didn't complete. Got to 60% but was shattered. Made up with a swim but disappointed. Realised I'd only had a banana at 8, and ran at 11. Hoping that was it. Anyone had similar prob? Not beating myself up gone from couch to a lot of exercise so will try again tomorrow
