Week 4 done, not as easy as I thought!

Another week ticked off. Slowed down a lot on the last 5 minutes, but made it...phew. I think I need to work on my technique as my right foot splays out a bit, especially when I get tired. Has anyone heard of Chi Running?

There are a couple that have been to chi workshops. I don't know that much about it. Sometimes you can help errant muscles with a bit of stretching and strength training, there are some links on the right. Happy running.

Thanks. I think I need a new pair of shoes!

Well done with completing week 4 and good luck with the start of week 5. Can't help with the Chi running though. Best wishes.

Thanks. Just looked at the Chi Running DVD...quite useful..it's all in the "core"!

I might take a look at this myself - anything that makes it easier....... Cheers.

Just a p.s. to my previous comment regarding chi running. I have just taken a look at it and it seems to make quite a bit of sense. Interesting that they say about it all being in the 'core' because I used to do Pilates practise every day but haven't done much recently. Pilates also concentrates on the 'core' and when I did regular daily Pilates practice I found running much easier than I have recently. Thank you for mentioning this because it looks like the way to go and also motivation to get my butt into gear regarding the Pilates as well. Many thanks for sharing this information and best wishes.
