Well I got a lovely surprise in the post this morning, my daughter sent me this card π
Anyway, week 4, it felt like quite a step up to be honest! The first 5 minute run felt very hard and the recovery walks felt very short, I was dreading the second 5 mins but it was weird as I kinda got into a rhythm and it was really ok... very chuffed!
