Did my first run of week 4 yesterday and was really chuffed to complete it at the first attempt, never ever ran that long before. Face looked like a beetroot when I had finished but who cares I did it!!

Just a word of caution. Take it slow, take it steady, just run/walk when Laura tells you to and stop when you should. Running faster, longer, further is off limits to you til you're built up for it. We don't want to read that you crocked your ankle/knee/hip/leg blah blah. We want to hear that you graduated injury free
So, go out there, nail those runs and have FUN!
