So annoying when they fall down as you run, well done the hardest part is done and it’s a great plan to follow
I find that high waisted leggings are the best - they do them on ASOS, Adidas etc. If you type in high waisted leggings then you will find some - good luck!
Well done on completing week 1.
I bought my leggings from Decathlon. They have a drawstring in the waist which you can tighten so they don’t fall down.
I got the Run Dry+ ones. I think they were about £12.99.
