HiiiiiiiDebs! You'll be fine. Think positive because you are progressing nicely. Week 1 DONE. Week 2 DONE. WEEK 3 DONE! Week 4? Kick week 4 in the butt and let 'em know who's da boss! You go girrrrrrrrrrl!!
Hey, don't be scared. Laura knows what she is doing so just trust and go with her. You're doing great - week 4 already! You've been building up your stamina so it may not be as hard as you imagine. Even if you don't manage it all tonight, there's never any shame in repeating a run or a week.
Get out there and celebrate what you can already do! - and enjoy!
You'll be fine Debs. You can do it and you WILL do it! You'll do it fine and will be buzzing after, you hear?! And once you do and it goes fine (which it emphatically will!) you'll be encouraging me for the start of my week four on Monday!
