You’re totally ready for Week 4, you’ve come so far already! Trust the plan, it really does work and I’m sure you’ll smash it 💪 Slow right down and take one step at a time - you’ve got this 🤩

Best advice is to stop worrying about it. Relax. Trust the plan. Stay slow. Just run it.

You’ll be fine. I feel that way every single week

Delight not dismay... anticipation not apprehension:)

if you are taking this steadily and slowly, you are ready for each and every run. The runs are just different. There is no one run that is any more of a problem than any other.

The plan is structured to move us gently and safely forward.

Just trust the plan, believe in yourself... and know, that you will do it:)

I did my first week 4 run today myself. I had the exact same worry. But you’ve worked through the weekly plans, you’re ready for it.

I bet in week 2, 60 secs felt normal and 90 secs was a stretch. But then in week 3, 90 secs felt normal and 3 mins was daunting.

Today, for me, the 3 min run felt normal. The 5 min run seems daunting as it’s a big step up. But you’ve built up the stamina and you’ll smash it.

Just remember to slow down if your flagging and go at your own speed. You’ll do great...

Well...it turns out you were all totally right!!! I just did run 1 and it was completely fine! Last 5 mins was tiring but the rest was great! I did a little air punch when she said I ran for 16 minutes! 😂😂😂
