Everyone on here is doing amazing, no matter what stage you are at. Well done.
So, starting my week 4 tomorrow, a bit nervous about increasing to 5 minute runs. I've read a lot of the advice on here about taking it slow, staying hydrated and stretching, but how did others find the step up to week 4?
Any input or additional advise would be great

Anticipation not apprehension.. delight not dread ! Take every run as it comes, relax and know that you are ready for them Slow and steady.. well done you!
I was worried too. Completed w4r1 today. Legs are aching more than week 3 but it was good. I covered more distance today than last week and kept it steady. You can do this, good luck.
Just completed W4 R2, the fist 3min & 5min jogs I take them slightly slower than my norm. Pacing like this seems to give me the energy to do the 2nd set at normal pace.
I’m enjoying the format of this week but do need to focus and zone my mind on something when jogging for 5mins.
