I don't think I've stuck to something like this for this long and it's all thanks to you all out there providing encouragement and support. Looking forward to starting week 5, and a new route I think now that the runs are getting a bit longer..........

Hi Chrysanthemum all going well here so far. Managed W7R1 yesterday and lining myself up for R2 tomorrow. Really enjoying it too, which has surprised me. Good luck for your next run x
