So I have the first run of week 4 later and even though I have not failed at a run yet I am feeling a bit anxious, it feels like a big step up from week 3.

Well done on your progress. its not as big a step up as you think. Crush your doubts, you will do just fine. You have been running 3 times a week for 3 weeks now your body can handle it.

The biggest thing you learn on this programme is that you can do more than you believe yourself capable of. You've got this!

You can do it! I had exactly the same panic at the thought of week 4 and all the wise bods on here told me I'd smash it and I did!!

I really believe this is the turning week feels like a huge step but the programme has made sure you're ready.

Have faith and smash it πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Don't overthink it. Just run it. I know it's sounds silly but all the running you've done up till now is to get you to this exact place. Slow and steady are the words that you need to say over and over to yourself.

If it helps try putting the running minutes into 'how many songs do I have to listen to before I can do my recovery walk?' Much better to concentrate on the songs rather than worrying about how long you have left to run. This worked really well for me 😊

I had the same fears and am now on my last run of week 4. I struggled with week 3, but this week it just all came together
