Great job so far... it’s amazing how fast we advance. Welcome and enjoy tomorrow’s run.
Anything that's not walking is fine, remember that this programme is designed to take you from being not-a-runner to running for 30 minutes - however far (or not) that takes you. Where you take it after that is another thing.

Keep it up I am in Week 4 run 2 tomorrow and I am beginning to feel great you will get there.
