blimey I did it, I actually completed the 9 weeks exactly as Laura said. It was tough in the first few weeks, some aches and pains, but I did lots of warming up and cooling down, bought proper shoes and socks, found out I like early morning runs best, treated myself to some running clothes and downloaded 101 running songs to keep me going, I swapped routes and learnt to breathe through my nose AND today I completed wk9 run3 and I feel on top of the world. Thanks Laura Im a runner now :)

it is an amazing feeling when you finish the last run isn't it. I actually love the talks and motivation Laura give on week 9 and although i don't cover a huge distance in the run i can do it fairly comfortably. How did you find the run and have you an idea how far you managed to run in terms of distance?

Absolutely fabulous.....sooooo thrilled for you! What an achievement, and such a lovely time of year into the bargain! You'll certainly be cutting a dash now! Thinking of following your lead and downloading 101 Running Songs....thanks!

Well done on your graduation. Enjoy. Best wishes.

Thanks everyone I run approx 3.5k in the 30 mins I'm quite slow but also only have little legs being a bit vertically challenged ;) I've already signed up for the 5k race for life so that's my next goal to actually run a whole 5k ! I've also downloaded the follow up podcasts so will be doing them too :>)

Well done, you have done so well! I am just going into Week 8 and your story is a good boost to keep me going! I am also slow but the main thing is to complete the time.
