All done BIG thanks to Laura!!

blimey I did it, I actually completed the 9 weeks exactly as Laura said. It was tough in the first few weeks, some aches and pains, but I did lots of warming up and cooling down, bought proper shoes and socks, found out I like early morning runs best, treated myself to some running clothes and downloaded 101 running songs to keep me going, I swapped routes and learnt to breathe through my nose AND today I completed wk9 run3 and I feel on top of the world. Thanks Laura Im a runner now :)

it is an amazing feeling when you finish the last run isn't it. I actually love the talks and motivation Laura give on week 9 and although i don't cover a huge distance in the run i can do it fairly comfortably. How did you find the run and have you an idea how far you managed to run in terms of distance?

Thanks everyone I run approx 3.5k in the 30 mins I'm quite slow but also only have little legs being a bit vertically challenged ;) I've already signed up for the 5k race for life so that's my next goal to actually run a whole 5k ! I've also downloaded the follow up podcasts so will be doing them too :>)

Well done, you have done so well! I am just going into Week 8 and your story is a good boost to keep me going! I am also slow but the main thing is to complete the time.
