I am really surprised - after 10 days of not running at all [ 15 hours day job, standing not sitting ]
I thought I would try week 4 again, switching back to week 3 if I found it too hard, but what actually happened is that it was the best W4 run I have done so far! (it's the 4th run )
Not sure what to do next, should I go for one more W4 run or straight into W5?
