Lost momentum Week 4 taking 3 weeks!

Well what with snow, workload and a virus I have had a week in between each week 4 run, feeling really sluggish now and contemplating starting it all again! Am due to do my w4 r3 tomorrow though and see how it goes!

Yes. Snow got in the way for me too. But repeating weeks is fine - at least we are doing it. When is your next planned run day? 🏃‍♀️

Yes let's do it!! Am planning to run first thing so I don't get distracted by anything else during the day!

Well so much for that!!! I keep letting other things get in the way, will manage it before the day is out today. Missed that extra hour this morning

Go for it Nottsa, in a nice steady gentle way!

Good luck.😊x

Week 4 was my fave, and I was so happy to be able to run for 5 minutes, I repeated that week a few times. It was good solid training....

Never worry just do what you can and build on that.xx
