60 yrs old, overweight and a shorty, but done 4 miles in 44 minutes. Not going to break records but I'm very happy with this.

11 minute miles sounds o.k. I only manage 10 minute Km's! :)

You are right to be happy. Doing it for yourself, that's what it's all about. Well done
