Feeling good

Well did W4R1 at 7.15 this morning and it went a lot better than I feared!! First 3 mom run was a bit of a strain on the calves but once they got properly warmed up the first 5 min run was absolutely fantastic!! The second 5 min run wasn’t as easy going but I did it and am so pleased with myself. On the train now on my way to Wales for the weekend with running gear packed and am planning on doing the second run on Saturday or Sunday in the typical Welsh weather of rain and 70mph gales (predicted)!!!!!

Yeh we have bad weather predicted for the weekend 😂👍 nothing unusual there then but great pollution free sky's full of stars to run with 🏃👍

Yep.. raining here all ready..no wind as yet though :) ( North Wales:)

Make sure you stretch well after each and every run :) Enjoy your weekend:)

I will enjoy but not sure about running in potentially strong winds though. I never stretch either before or after a run (I’ve never had muscle aches post-run - yet)!!! Think I should stretch certainly before! Thanks for the advice Oldfloss!
