Good work! I have just completed week 3 and feel so good. I am going through a relationship split in the last few weeks which has hit me hard mentally. The running is a great escape for me and just taking in the beautiful surroundings lifts me. It’s just those few moments when I’m not occupied that I slip.

Sorry to take up your thread with my problems!! Keep going πŸ‘πŸ»

No worries! I felt so good yesterday after that run as I suffer with depression and anxiety. Think it gave me the boost I need!

Yes it definitely will give you that boost. What I struggle with and need to work on is taking that boost and then carrying it on for the day.

Yes I’m struggle with that too. Having loads of bouts of fatigue at the moment.

Fatigue from the running or in general? If this is first running for 8 years that would be expected. My mind is constantly tired for me as I overthink everything and don’t love myself the way I should.

No mainly my fatigue is from overthinking and worrying about things that are out of my control. I have also felt fatigued a lot lately I believe from lack of mental stimulation. Think everyone is feeling the same though due to current circumstances. I actually felt running helped lift my energy levels! Oh no sorry to hear that, I’m the same really lack in self confidence.

Well done Cathtay ☺

You have made the hardest step, getting out the door and completing the first run πŸƒ 😊

We all started with that one, lots of us believing that we would never be able to run for 30 minutes - but the programme is brilliant & before you know it, you'll be wondering what you were worried about 😁

Keep posting, it's great to hear about your progress

Happy running πŸƒ, stay safe 😊

Thankyou! Yes felt amazing afterwards. It was hard in places I won’t lie, but felt great after. I real endorphin boost and lifted my mood πŸ˜ƒ
