Done and dusted wasn't difficult lovely run through the park along the river really enjoyed it actually. Am trying not to think about run 3 on Friday can't imagine running for 20 mins non stop but we will see.

If I can do it.... Just don't start too fast. Keep a comfortable pace, keep moving! All of you will be fine. I have 25 mins tomorrow!!

I definitely won't be starting too fast or going fast at any point I'm just concentrating on keeping going for the required amount of time. Speed will be something for the future. Good luck with your 25 mins tomorrow

I've just run W5R2 too and am struggling with the concept of 20 mins on Saturday! My legs feel like lead after running this afternoon so am praying for a miracle recovery! Good luck Juski and Becktoria!
