Had a very poorly toe after graduating, so rested for a week but recovered. So this morning I'm off for my first 'proper' outside run with my (grown up, runner) son. Not focused on time, distant etc. and no Laura. This for me is the joy of graduating, just looking forward to running and enjoying with my big lad!

I've enjoyed running with my sons, but neither are very interested in running at the moment! Hope you have a great run. 
oh lucky you. I'd love to go running with my sons or my daughters but I can;t get any of them off the couch
