After graduating On the 24th August, I’ve finally conquered the 5k run! Full 5k run after the warm up and before the cool down! Sooooo chuffed with myself!!
To all those out there who are finding it tough or thinking you’ll never get there, you will! I never ran before this program and in 11 weeks I’ve achieved the 5k holy grail. Keep at it!!

Kudos to you. I’m new to running as well and still doing the C25K programme, though I’m nearly finished and really enjoying it. I’m by no means fast but really encouraged by what you have posted.

Well done its feels so good doesn't it! Achieved 5k a couple weeks ago and never thought would do it. Graduated at about 3.5k in 30 mins now doing 5k in about 35 so defo improved in time! Good work 😁😁
