50 tomorrow - new PBs today!

To celebrate my last day of being 49 years old I have smashed all my previous records to achieve the following new PBs:

My longest run distance = 6.2km

My fastest mile = 8:38

My fastest km = 5:11

My fastest 5km = 28:01

It's the first time I've ever run 5k in less than 30 min, though I graduated the second week in January. I don't mean to be smug, but I'm just totally delighted. :)

Smug and pink, is the only way to be. There is life after 50, so happy birthday and happy running.

Keep running, keep smiling.
