Graduated today

After a week off due to crazy work commitments I did my graduation run today. It wasn't my fastest and it was boiling hot out already but I did it. So now to consolidation and then park runs and an Autumn 10k! Thanks everyone for your motivational posts and support.

Well done ploddingpelusa. I have the greatest admiration for anyone who has completed c25k this summer. I graduated in May when it wasn’t so hot.

I did Parkrun as my first post graduation run with Jo Whiley so did the 5 min walk first.
