W6r3 - why 25mins?

I have w6r3 coming up next and had dowloaded a c25k schedule which says 22 min run followed by 3 x 25 min runs in w7, but Laura's podcast says 25mins for w6r3. So far the times have gone up in small increments so why the big jump from 20 to 25 mins? However I will be out doing the 25 mins as that's what it says on the site here. :-)

No idea on the logic - makmurthly. Just do what you have done to get this far and you will be fine.

Trust the program! It does feel like a big jump up but I think once your body can run for 20 minutes it can do it 25. A lot of the time it's our heads telling us what we can and can't do that make it hard to complete the runs rather than our bodies.

I thought that at first but it is amazing this program how it works. I can now run for 25 mins no problem and looking to Wk8 of 28 mins for tomorrow. Eeek! Good luck. :-)
