Just completed Wk 5 run 3 and can't believe it! No way did I think I'd be running 20min non stop. Found the first 15 a doddle (!) and only last minute was difficult. After 5 minutes warm down, I felt ready for another run! A few more weeks and I'll be ready for the Whitley Bay Park Run

Well done! At the moment I can't imagine running 20 minutes non-stop as I'm only on week 1, but seeing achievements like yours makes me believe I can do it!

Hi yonda - you'll be amazed when you do it yourself. Just trust the programme, keep calm and you will do it too!

Yonda - No way did I think I would do this. Amazed and can't wait for next run. I was the typical 40+ couch potato, not really overweight but very unfit. You'll amaze yourself!

I'll attempt my W5R3 in just a little while. I don't really enjoy the feeling of running, but the high I get from achieving my target afterwards is always good!
