Big jump in running time!

Just about to embark on week 5 and I notice that for the first time there are 3 different runs in 1 week, 3 x 5 mins for run 1.

2 x 5s and 1 x8 mins for run 2. then a massive jump to 1x20 minute run for run 3!!

The week after it goes back to shorter runs.

Has anyone else found this odd?

Not sure I'm ready for 20 mins yet!

It’s not odd. Your legs are ready, your lungs are ready... it’s all psychological, trust the plan, and believe in yourself... then just go slow and steady.

I thought it was a bit odd but trusted the app. The 20 minute run did look daunting but if you've done the programme up to now you'll be fine. It's all about keeping a steady pace. You'll be fine. Good luck x

You will be ready CR!! My only advise is slow & steady. Dont look too far ahead. Run to time & not distance, l found this took the pressure off, at least for me. You’ve got this, your previous hard word will see you through👍🏻

It is carefully constructed with a logic behind it that you need to trust.

You can do this, so time to start believing it.
