And to think only 6 weeks ago I was gasping for the one minutes runs to finish, lol.

Amazing.

Thanks. Hope the weather won't stop you for too long, because that would be really frustrating! It is an amazing feeling.

Just done my R3 of W5 this morning and its a great feeling isn't it? I don't quite believe it either but you have to believe in yourself! x

Yay, well done!! Yes it's a weird thing not believing it, and yet you know you did it. I have no concept of how I will be running for 30 mins within a few weeks, but I just trust the programme.

Well done :-) I finished week 5 this morning too and I agree the feeling is amazing. I found the last five minutes the hardest as by then I was starting to get tired. Sometimes I think I would rather just hear that the run is finished rather than how much longer you still have to go. Being told I am half way through I found a bit of a distraction as possibly in my mind I thought I had done more than that. Does anyone else find this or is it just me?

I find the first 10 mins running the easiest (can't believe I just said that) and yes, the last 5 were harder. I actually enjoy being told how long I have left - it either makes me feel, wow, that went quick, motivates me to keep going when struggling. With the route I am using at the mo I roughly know how long I have done/have to go so I is never a bad surprise.

Nice one! I ran W5R3 this morning and liked the 5 minute updates from the app although I found the first long silence a bit disconcerting. Can't believe I ran for a full 20 minutes; feels like only yesterday when I was cursing one particular 90 second walking interval as being far too short-still gasping for breath and all that. Anyhow, roll on week 6!
