Just done Week 5, run 3

I just did it!!! I'm amazed. At the beginning of the week, starting week five looked SO hard. I never thought I'd manage to run for 20 minutes. It was definitely a mental thing and I had to push myself through the 5-10 minute barrier when I was close to giving up. should I do this week again or push on to Week 6?

Onwards and upwards! Well done! We all struggled with the idea of 20 minutes at the start. Remember when running for 5 or 8 minutes seemed impossible?

You might have the same thoughts at 25 and 30 minutes but just remember what you have accomplished!

You move on to week 6, of course!

Well done.

Well done you! I did that on Saturday and I didn't think I could do the last 5 mins and I had a mini anxiety/panic attack soy husband stood at the side of the treadmill and encouraged the rest of the way. I know he won't be there all the time but I don't know how I am going to push through the mental part, the physical element is easier. I did do w6d1 on Monday which was ok but again struggled for the 2nd part of the 8 mins. Any advice on magazine the mental anxiety. Thanks

Fantastic, well done. It's such an amazing feeling to get that one under your belt. Onwards to W6 :D

Onward and upward! If you've completed week 5 (yay how cool is that) then you should be fine to move on to week 6 😊😊😊

Week 6 duck!! The first two runs of wk 6 are broken down again anywho, so that should build you up mentally and physically to the longer runs :) Carry on winning!
