Finally Got There!! :)

So I've finally completed Run 3 of Week 9!!! Yay!!! :D

Got back from my graduation run to be greeted by my other half with party poppers and a laminated certificate.. Bless him!

Took me longer than 9 weeks due to holidays and life getting in the way, but I didn't have to repeat a single run so really chuffed, especially as I struggled to run for 60 seconds on Run 1 Week 1...

Managing to cover about 4.5km in the 30 minutes.. so my next target to try a 5km run!!

Congratulations!! Well done, it feels so great to graduate & having a supportive partner really helps! Keep going you'll be at 5k in no time at all - its good to have a target after C25K has finished to keep you focused & keep you running - especially on those cold damp nights when you'd rather stay home in the warm (can you tell my motivation to keep running after graduating has been tested!! Definatetly needed to set myself new targets to keep me going!) Congratulations again! Go get yourself that well deserved graduation badge!
