Just completed week 1 day 1. 230 calories burnt. Speed was 6 and 9 kmh just shy of 2 miles and sweating like a pig ππ€£π.
I had a dose of the gout just before Christmas and tried to have a run last month but it was too painful. So new month new start for me and I am currently feeling fairly optimistic. Happy running guys π

I have attempted this about 3 times in the last 3-4 years. And always fizzled out around week 3-4. But this time I am determined. This site will help me get through it I just know it. If I feel like I am struggling I will just slow the pace down...simples. Well that's the plan π
Well done, but don't worry about pace and distance at this stage. The plan is building stamina and strength, on which you can build speed later. Doing it that way round reduces your injury risk.
