So, I feel kinda silly. After being super gung-ho at the beginning of the programme, posting all the time and not missing a run until week 5, I fell ill with the worst case of bronchitis I've ever had. I tried to lay low, but ran when I was still ill, and ended up prolonging my time in my sick bed. Anyway, as I'm FINALLY feeling better, I got back out there this morning. I went back to week 3 just to be safe and was surprised that I didn't lose too much of my fitness. I'm disappointed that I would have been graduating this week and my husband is now two weeks ahead of me, but glad to be back. Onwards and Upwards from here!
