FINALLY got back out there!

So, I feel kinda silly. After being super gung-ho at the beginning of the programme, posting all the time and not missing a run until week 5, I fell ill with the worst case of bronchitis I've ever had. I tried to lay low, but ran when I was still ill, and ended up prolonging my time in my sick bed. Anyway, as I'm FINALLY feeling better, I got back out there this morning. I went back to week 3 just to be safe and was surprised that I didn't lose too much of my fitness. I'm disappointed that I would have been graduating this week and my husband is now two weeks ahead of me, but glad to be back. Onwards and Upwards from here!

Well done on getting back out there. It's so easy to just give up. You'll get to graduation, you'll see.

Glad you're feeling better.

Welcome back. Pleased that you are feeling better and are back on track. Having to put everything on hold is frustrating but at least you haven't given up and will get to the end of the programme. Happy running :-)
