It was a lovely but yet again very windy morning to be running (it's going to be such a joy to run without a force nine gale in my face!), I kept telling myself if I can run for 20 minutes, i can run for 25 minutes.
It's strange how the first 5 minutes is so awful, everything hurts and i was panting like mad, but it does get easier the longer you run, madness! Loved Laura saying i was a runner at the end, that was the best bit. Roll on week 7, if i can run for 25 minutes i can do it another three times!

Yeyeyeyey!! Absolutely amazing, huge congrats! You are a runner I find my first 10 - 15 mins are the worse and then Im ok. Odd! You will ace the last 2 weeks now, you've cracked it so pleased for you!
Thank you so much, the support on here has been amazing. Good luck with your speed quest, i did 4k today but that was the 25 mins run AND the 10 mins warm up/cool down walking. Not sure if other people are including the walk bits when they talk about their distance. But i'm not going to worry about the distance yet, my aim is to run regularly for 30 minutes. Thanks for all your support, keep posting!
