I've known this one was coming and have put it off- it's been a couple of months now since I've run a bit longer without that little walk in the middle...
Still got it! 25 minutes no problem, in fact think I could have kept going π Not the fastest run I've ever done but will worry about that later π
Bring on the next run!

I notice that you are already a graduate, so were you like me today who also ran run 3 of week 6 for a bit of nostalgia or are you rerunning the whole program again and today was the turn of 6.3.?
Ha no, I graduated in I think Oct/Nov... struggled a bit with consolidation, then got sick, then it was christmas, and so on! So just decided to go back in part way, and figured week 6 was probably about what I could handle.
I was a bit unsure about going back up to a longer run, but felt good today and thought I'd give it a go, glad I did now
Got to decide now whether I should re-run the whole rest of week 7/8/9, or just take it a bit more as it comes....
As you know run3 of week 6 and all of the runs of week 7 are 25 minutes of non stop running, no walking breaks, so it's up to you if you wish to run them or you could go to the last run/walk which is run 2 of week 6.
Thanks, yeah might not follow it to the letter- mostly stick to the 25 min plus runs and maybe drop back to a little run/walk occasionally for a change. Sounds like that's what you do?
My favourite reruns are 5.3 and run 3 of week 6 which I ran this morning, a favourite run for graduates who have not ran for a while tends to be run 1 of week 3, of course if anyone has been off running for more than 6 months it's better to restart the course.
