Done.

First 3 minutes fine (slow down, slow down)

Next 10 minutes... ooh my right calf (I'll run it off) ...ooh my left calf (if I can run off one I can run off the other.)

"You've run 5 minutes." OK.

"You're half way through" What happened to 10 minutes gone... let's call that a freebie.

"Five more minutes" hmm about 100m less than my 20 minute run but I suppose that's good pacing, and I can't give up now

"ONE MORE MINUTE" OK Iam going to up my pace. Why are my legs so heavy?

I will get as close to the 3.1k circuit start as I can..give myself a target for next time.

"Slow down to a walk now."

Walking a bit slow now... getting back to normal.

Hold on. I just ran 2.94 km in 25 minutes that is just under 7 km ph.

So it wasn't that slow after all

Oh and it was raining throughout.

Happy days

It's strange how the distance happens when you're not thinking about it.

Good run for you today Rennur, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs. 🏃🏾

Cheers Al.

Still find it strange to call myself a runner.

More like a plodder.

Now just to repeat what I did 3 more times

I may be faster, I may be slower Hopefully I won't be wetter.

But if it is wet at least I've experienced 3 wet runs now.

Well done - I bet you’re so pleased- and in the rain too. (I spend too much time studying the met office app and planning for the predicted fine weather slots.)

I used to play cricket so I became an amateur meteorologist by default.

Later on I also used to be involved in Met Office funding and visited them in Exeter once.

I am starting to tolerate the rain, now
