Week 6 Run 1

Waited for the storm to pass and then went out for this run today. Feeling confident after the 20 mins at the end of week 5, so pushed myself to go a little faster than usual. I felt a little short of breath during the first 5 min run but after that it all went well. Before I went out, I thought taking a break to walk would feel like a step back but actually it just made me feel confident I could complete the run.
