Week 2 - done! Wasn't as bad as i feared

pretty scared about next week though, those 90 second feel very long so very unsure about 3 minutes, beautiful morning to complete the last run of the week too. Is it ok to run with tubigrip? Knees have been clicking a bit so put some long lengths from thigh to calf on both legs. Felt safe and comfortable but will it stop my knees from getting stronger?
