wow, this is hard going really having to push myself, which is good i suppose, 4 - 10 min runs with a 1 min walk between them, feels so good to finish that 4th 10min, and a very satisfying amount of sweat soaking my shirt lol.

Well done for doing it!

I've always found it really hard to start running again after walking - my legs seem to shout no! Somehow, it feels easier just to keep running. Did you find it a mental challenge as much as physical?

I'm hoping to start the B210K programme in the next day or two, but can't find it anywhere on the site - would you mind posting a link to it, Chuck?

yeah more mental i think, just starting the 4th 10 min was hard, and then half way thro i wanted to stop so much, but i kept going felt so good when i got to the end.

if you look at member andystev he has a post with the link to dropbox where you can download all the podcasts, takes about 20 mins as its a few big files.

It feels good doesn't it ? By week 3 I started to miss out on the 1 min walk unless I felt I needed it. Only reached to week 4 so far but am enjoying it.

started week 2 today, three 15 min runs, which i actually found a little bit easier than the week 1 10 min runs, maybe because there is only 3 runs and not 4 it just seems shorter in my head lol.
