W4R3 Done

After a break of 3 weeks when I decided to do something stupid and try a new diet that didn't encourage working out?? Obviously it was all rubbish and I didn't loose much weight so I decided that I will go back to my running .

I was nervous as I felt a bit heavier since I had a massive bbq over the weekend but in the end it proved that I can still retake exactly where I left of.

So roll on week 5 I'm ready for ya!

Glad to hear you've completed week 4 and were able to after having a break. I'm happy you're feeling ready for week 5, and hope you're saying the same about week 6 next week :)
