Finally completed it! I did the first 2 runs a couple of times and I was going to do that again but I just decided to do it as I left my house. I didn't find it as hard as I thought it was going to be and I was so proud of myself when I did it! Although I did go slower than the slowest of slow things😀

Be careful about the first 2 runs of w6. Many say that going back to the interval running catches them out. I was lucky enough to take heed of what they said and took them a bit slower and it really paid off for me and w6r3 was fantastic.
Thank you for the advice, I'll definitely bear it in mind. My next run is tomorrow, so wish me luck!
