Finally completed it! I did the first 2 runs a couple of times and I was going to do that again but I just decided to do it as I left my house. I didn't find it as hard as I thought it was going to be and I was so proud of myself when I did it! Although I did go slower than the slowest of slow things😀

Me too!! I didn't think I would be able to do it, i thought I would fail and have to go back to the first 2 runs again 😀🏃‍♀️ I feel more like a runner now!

Be careful about the first 2 runs of w6. Many say that going back to the interval running catches them out. I was lucky enough to take heed of what they said and took them a bit slower and it really paid off for me and w6r3 was fantastic.
