Week 7 run 2, and I ran!

Out we set, in the lovely sunshine. We started off slow and steady. I thought we got slowly quicker and then in the last 60 seconds we actually ran. Long legs and everything!

We definitely got further than last time! Actually when I checked map my run we seemed to go slower faster slower faster! But overall faster than last time. And def. a run at rhe end. We may have to do 3 loops if our field for week 8! It's weird how you go faster without realising it. I still can't believe we are now jogging for 25 mins! Wierd!??
