Week 9 Run 2!

Run 2 done! One more to go! :D Really happy with today’s run! It was definitely better than my last run on the basis that the first 10-15 minutes weren’t as hard :) and more importantly.... I RAN 5K! :D I didn’t think I’d actually manage to do 5K by the end of the program and I was totally cool with that. Being able to run for 30 mins is an achievement enough and I figured I’d get the distance as I got fitter and faster. So the fact I’m already running 5K is a really pleasant surprise! :) super pleased with myself :) Bring on my graduation run :D

You are proof HexGirl that C25k works, if you believe in the plan it delivers 👍 well done, enjoy that last run 🙂

You've hit 5km already. Well done! Just remember that you don't need to do 5km on your graduation run, only 30 minutes. That might allow you to enjoy it more.
