Has anyone had to repeat week 5 run 3, if so how long did it take to get it?

I"m curious why you ask? (See you say elsewhere that you're on week 4 run 1.) Like many, many others, I was scared that I wouldn't be able to do week 5 run 3, but in fact managed it ok. It doesn't look possible, true! However, if you can do week 5 run 2 (two lots of 8 min with 3 min walk in between), you've already run 16 minutes, and 20 isn't really as big a step up as it sounds.

Hi greenlegs,

I just did my second run of week 4 today. The reason I was asking about week five is because while I was looking ahead in the program and saw that 20 min. non stop run it kind of scared me. I wanted to see if others found that to be a difficult leap.

Don't worry, you'll be fine. Take your time, go slow and have the confidence to believe you can do it. I looked ahead too and it helped to prepare me for the next run. The tags are very useful. :-) Gayle
