I’m finally in the home strait! Today 2 x 15 minutes, so very close to running continuously for 30 minutes again!
Add to that a 5 min warmup walk and a 5 min cool down walk and I have a nice little 40 min outdoor workout!
And what a workout it was! In glorious sunny weather! Dog walkers out en masse with lots of ‘hellos’ and ‘good mornings’.
Flowers also emerging from the verges. I donned a short sleeve T to get that Vit D going (but I am aware in the UK the Sun at this time of the year is not intense enough for significant Vit D production). No gloves, no cowl. Light sleeveless vest.
I think I may have to get my half-length leggings out, as the warmer season seems to have started!
