We will be training together, over an 8 week period, aiming to run either...
10 km OR for 60 minutes!!! 😊😊😊
To start the Magic Plan you will need:
★ To be able to run 5 km and/or for 30 minutes
★ Your running gear 😄
You will be running 3 times per week - two shorter runs plus a longer run which will increase in length each week.
And we'll have a lot of FUN! 😊😊😊
