Today’s run was 12 minutes of running, 2 minutes of walking, repeat twice and then add another 5 minute of running.
So a mighty 29 minutes of running (and 14 min of walking if including my 5 min warmup and cool-down walk).
And it went so fast! So that’s a good sign!
I also reached my fairy house, which always signifies that I am getting close to my route’s end and knowing my out-and-back in its totality is 4.6 km, it means I’m getting close.
And yes, isn’t it annoying that it’s not an even 5km! 🤣
