After my 8k last week i wanted to try for 9k today- and the sun and woodland kept me out of the cold winds- so I just kept going!- My first 10K- YIPPEEEE!- followed by a 4k walk home π€Έπ€ͺπ±- got a much needed dose of Vitamin D en -route!! Well proud!

Bit of everything at the moment, trying to rest, with a few niggles, snow today/tonight, plus alot going on with my mum βΉ might try and get out tomorrow, if not too slippy.

And they can be if you want them to be. Take it slow and build up to more regular 10ks then progress from there. Everything is possible at the right speed.
