9k yay!

After consistently doing 5k for 4-5 months, I gradually increased running distance to 6.5k. and then yesterday, I was feeling extra excited about my run, without realising it I finished 9k. And didn't even feel tired after the run. Best part is my speed was alright too. 5:55 minutes per km. Next run I am targeting to finish 10k.

Year back, I couldn't run 1 minute, now I can do 50 minutes non stop.

Thanks to couch25k and this community and lovely people who kept motivating me throughout my run. It wouldn't have been possible without you all.
