Morning run

Hi everybody, week 2 for me on JuJu's time plan. I did the 15 min 'Find your pace' NRC run. Actually did a fast interval of 5.59 (for 30 secs)! Very useful run for me and a gorgeous morning on my patch,😊

Well done and that is a fast pace albeit 30 secs 🤗. Haven’t tried that run yet but might have a look to see what it’s like

Yes but it was only 30 secs and I was out of puff! And it was 11 out of 10 effort, when I normally plod at 3 out of 10! Good little exercise to do ,😊
