Out yesterday, slightly later than I'd have liked, but I had to tie the run in with Aldi's opening hours. (Why they can't open at dawn for my own personal convenience is quite beyond me ... )
Just 32 minutes and 4k. Last run was 35 minutes and 4.2k.
That seems to be about the norm for the moment - a couple of 25-35 minute runs a week, with a Pilates session and a couple of half-hour gym trips for stretching/light weights/easy machines. This works with what has been a very busy Spring, work-wise.
Bach's Goldberg Variations (Perahia) worked well for a meditative run this time. (The last run was Sally Rooney on audiobook!)
