Early morning run for me I haven’t post much lately but been doing plenty of runs the weather getting hotter and I don’t like the warm weather not for running 🏃‍♂️😂🤣😂🤣 so that’s why I got up early done a 7k run plenty of wildlife on the canals what a peaceful morning run

Well done Pete. Early morning is good for me too, although it was already 10 degrees for my run at 6 am this morning, still much cooler than it will be later on today!

Yes, I’m fine. Missing running, but will get back to it after all this is over. I’ll probably have to start again 🙄
